Recommend an E-cig?, by sparky999 on Oct 19, 2015 21:27:03 GMT 1, Can't go wrong with the Nautilus. Great for flavour. I started vaping six months ago and haven't had a ciggie since and doubt I'll go back. Moved on to a dripper last month. Love my custard flavours and Isle of Custard make some great ones. Just started making my own juices. Some are 'interesting' Haven't had ciggie for over a week now. And don't want one now. Think I've cracked it. Congrats Coach

Congrats fella and keep it up, lost too many young friends over the past few years to cancer. They all smoked the death sticks.. Think of the extra money you now have for your art addiction

I know sooo many people who dont smoke cigs anymore because of the vapes/ecigs. Anyway to get yourself off of cigs is a huge win in my book.

Recommend an E-cig?, by 11 on Nov 10, 2015 0:26:59 GMT 1, @delloy that is superb, is that for decoration or will you use it ?
I was a lurker on this thread just seeing what the word was regarding all these e-ciggies. Inspired by Coach i went out and acquired one of those £10 doobies. It was great at the very beginning as, being a smoker, it takes some getting used to and if i took in too much just had mental coughing fits. Took me a couple of days to master the techniques....or maybe the lungs just got used to it.....and I needed to step-up
Got a sub-box mini - which was fine but very leaky. Took it back to the shop and he replaced the coil - at that stage I hadn't had a cig for about 5 days. Fucking thing packed up that evening, too late for the shops but too early to go to bed....in the end I caved and fired one up - it was disgusting - but I had to have it
Got a replacement unit the next day. Apart from that one I haven't had a cig for 17 days but I am rapidly moving through the ranks of vaping. I now have 2 Atomisers and 2 RDA's. Building my own coils and blasting my way through juice like a man possessed.
Im off the fags but now have a new mistress - and she is a demanding bitch that has me in her grasp
Is this normal

Recommend an E-cig?, by Aza on Nov 10, 2015 7:59:23 GMT 1, Good for you 11 This is perfectly normal. I spent 3 years at the obsessive end of the vaping hobby. It got very expensive and thankfully I have gone back to just using it as a alternative to smoking, rather than an obsession. I have over 8,000 posts on a high end vaping equipment forum, managed to break free of that too. Vaping is far more addictive than smoking ever was

Recommend an E-cig?, by Dr Plip on Nov 10, 2015 9:49:35 GMT 1, I have a few friends that switched to vaping instead of smoking. They vape far more than they ever smoked. So, while it might be a healthier alternative to smoking, I don't know if it's very effective for quitting nicotine.

Recommend an E-cig?, by Aza on Nov 10, 2015 11:10:19 GMT 1, For me it wasn't a way to quit smoking, just a 'safer' alternative. I didn't really want to stop smoking as I liked it, however vaping is so much better anyway

Recommend an E-cig?, by Nick on Nov 10, 2015 11:41:59 GMT 1, I can definitely agree with the fact it might up your nicotine needs, did for me. I was smoking about 10 ciggs a day, wanted to quit so bought an e-cig. Quickly moved up to smoking the 18mg and 24mg liquids as i needed that harsh throat hit to feel satisfied. About two months in to my more than excessive vaping journey my ecig packed it in whilst at a music festival. Going cold turkey there was no option so I went back to normal ciggs and my 10 a day previous habit doubled immediately in order for me to keep as much nicotine in me that i was craving. Dangerous stuff, managed to quit with willpower about 6 months later and that was an absolutely minging first month with nothing at all. Good luck to you all trying to get away from the habit.

Recommend an E-cig?, by Brushstrokes 75 on Feb 9, 2018 22:32:16 GMT 1, You got to go for a mod and not a regular ego type. I have a couple. Different sizes. Different usage.
If you’re a heavy smoker, you’re gonna need to go subohm (otherwise you won t get that hit and smoke production that is sufficient for you to go all the way)
Vaporesso Target mini is great to start with.
Shoot me a pm i’ll give you more pointers.
