Iβm very pleased that Iβm the one that outbid you, and Iβve already been to collect it. Nick confirmed it was one of his earliest pieces, so I had to have it. I was prepared to go a fair bit higher, but honestly couldnβt believe that I got it for such a bargain.

I had two messages from him in quick succession saying that Iβd got myself a real bargain. Was planning to go and collect it Friday, but I would have been a nervous wreck all week, once he gave me his address I grabbed some bubble wrap and jumped in the car. My palms didnβt stop sweating until I got to Basingstoke. Not sure why he set the auction to end at lunchtime. Iβd had to set myself five reminder alarms!
I never dreamed of owning an original, and Nick has said that heβll provide a COA. Itβs probably the best thing I own.
