Geometric pieces are incredibly bright and dazzling in person, and the line work on the portraits is stunning . It's great to see a pioneer of the movement like McGee back in the UK. It's the first time i've seen a lot of his work in the same space and it is really impressive. I was told that prices start at $8k and go up to $250k (I think) for the massive cluster. Thanks to Henry for keeping me company, great to meet you fella! Here's a few snaps of the show (sorry for the awful quality, all I had was my phone!). Also managed to get a book and small bit of board signed by the man! Result! ;D
meeting was cancelled and im very glad as little hungover today. Glad that you met the man and got your book and stuff signed. I know he would turn up as i was leaving... next time I tell you.
