500,000 fans jumping is sooo hypnotic!
We've been training for years
Now we're ready to strike
As the great operation begins
We're the first wave on shore
We're the first ones to fall
Yet soldiers have fallen before
In the dawn they will pay
With their lives as the price
History's written today
In this burning inferno
Know that nothing remains
As our forces advance on the beach(...) landing in Normandy...

New Banksy - Calais, by kobron on Jan 29, 2016 20:05:51 GMT 1, amazing!

1.Border guards back on the Polish-German border 25.01.2016
2. 25.01.2016 Norwegian State Television ridicules "Refugees Welcome" Crowd as being blindly "tolerant" - -this is a shock therapy ( also for Sweden ... ?)
(Sweden may reject 80,000 asylum claims )
3. 20.01.2016 PGNiG to act as operator and partner under new licences in Norway
WARSAW Jan 28 (Reuters) - Polish gas company PGNiG's plan to build a pipeline between Poland and Norway to reduce its dependence on Russia is expected to introduce a few billion cubic metres (bcm) of annual gas capacity by 2022, it said on Thursday.
...and Nord Stream 2 is very bad... and today official!!!!
Poland lauded the U.K. and its vision for a less integrated Europe Union, charting a course away from the bloc’s economic and political driver Germany ahead of a February summit over reforms London wants to stay in the 28-nation club.
Russia’s Biggest Threat Is The Promethean Strategy: Can Putin keep the Intermarium in check?
The Millennium Report
December 18, 2015(sic!)
(http://themillenniumreport.com/2015/12/russias-biggest-threat-is-the-promethean-strategy-can-putin-keep-the-intermarium-in-check/) -Here is everything!
Germany is the key to the AAA’s Promethean Strategy
So their (AAA globalist cabal) thinking goes that as long as Russia is getting stronger, the likelihood of an alliance with Germany also strengthens. Therefore, Germany once again is at the center of this Great Game just as it was during WWI and WWII. Such is the imperative to keep Russia and Germany from forging a military and/or political alliance that the AAA instigators of a World War 3 will stop at nothing. Forming an economic and/or financial union, of course, would represent an even greater threat to the continued Zio-Anglo-American domination of the world.
Why does a Russian-German economic union so frighten the West? What does a political alliance between Moscow and Berlin really mean for the NWO agenda?
Because Russia has plotted a new course distinctly away from the Western Petrodollar-based central banking system, they can no longer be trusted by the AAA … … … to be a good debtor nation like so many others which are trapped in the IMF-imposed and World Bank-dictated web of debt. Because Germany has also plotted a trajectory of financial independence by virtue of becoming an economic powerhouse, it, too, can extricate itself from the AAA plantation, if it has the strong support and mutual trading relationship with Russia. Along these lines, it is Russia’s prodigious oil and gas reserves which Germany really needs.
Once these two nations — Russia and Germany — sign an economic pact (outside of the Anglo-American financial framework), the AAA knows that the first real threat exists to their ongoing global hegemony. Such a partnership will create the potential for a new world superpower which combines Russian manpower and natural resources with German technology and capital (industrial base). The AAA cabal knows that such a collaboration would not only threaten their hegemonic status it would also terminate their New World Order (NWO) scheme for setting up a One World Government(...)

New Banksy - Calais, by kobron on Jan 29, 2016 23:16:59 GMT 1, I heard it on the grapevine, so don't know how true it is but Merkel has made plans to leave Germany when she gets kicked out of office in the upcoming German election. Frau Merkel is already kaput... (that is decided)
most of the british don't give a damn anymore, they eat chips, drink bear, and Cameron has a lot of work and is all sweaty...
-and the real problem is whether it is the real Banksy...
they will wake up in a month and there'll be a surprise...
oh, my child is in danger! rabble rabble rabble....
As a reminder, very mild version from 2009.. cenzored! wow
!!!
and it's going to be very, very hot in there...I know much more, but I won't tell, because 12£ for a hat is a lot?
That's hilarious...
====================================================
-and This week's most popular video in Poland!
ok. 'hard' version:
and such actions were taking place not a week ago - are we going to take in refugees from british isles into Poland as well?.
p.s. Dr Plip...
Do not panic!
Water and food should be bought, while orders from army and police should be strictly obeyed...

New Banksy - Calais, by cornholio on Feb 2, 2016 23:04:49 GMT 1, Kobron, just to remind you this is supposed to be an art forum many people on here (including me) find your posts and the views you express extremely unsettling. Well if it weren't for Banksy this forum wouldn't exist. And Banksy himself is often (such as exemplified in this thread) extremely political. So the idea that you should be able to keep politics out of it is silly. So why shouldn't kobron be able to express his opinions surrounding this topic? Banksy is allowed, why not anyone else?
I don't find it surprising that we're getting more than just the saccharine, "inoffensive" opinions here. The idea that you could snap a finger and simply integrate millions of people into a new culture, people that come from a very different culture, and think it would go off without a hitch is very shortsighted.
I come from a very liberal background .... but I've kind of had it with what's going on. And in my take, what we have is decades of population decline in many countries. What this means is that economies decline as well. The politicians and capitalists running the show of course don't want that so they've been importing consumers (immigrants) into these countries for many years now to make up for it and keep their economies and business churning. Which kind of went OK for a little while. But suddenly now you have this clash when this idea of open borders, open immigration, comes face to face with a sudden increase in serious terrorism and a sudden exodus of people from war torn countries (in part once again thanks to wars brought on by your politicians and capitalist leaders.) They will tell you the allowed the immigrants in for humanitarian reasons and criticize you for being mean if you don't welcome the new people with open arms. But in countries filled with a populace where many people aren't doing that great you get resentment. And now you have many many immigrants who were hastily brought in and have few options and live in squalor, in camps, don't respect their new countries and commit (sometimes heinous) crimes. And even a few will commit terrorism. And then wow, get this resentment grows and grows by the residents that have to deal with it. This is the sh#t show brought to you by your wonderful leaders.
And now back to this thread. While I think Banksy has been pretty spot on through the years when it came to his politics, this I don't get at all. Not only do I think the execution has been weak but the message? In this complete f##ked up mess that many are dealing with. Banksy's message is to remind us that one of the world's greediest, least philanthropic capitalists had some syrian blood in his viens. And now he's upset because police used teargas on immigrants who were acting up? That's all Banksy gets out of this? That's his message? It could and probably will get a lot worse than that.

I agree that Banksy is political and according to some newspapers married to a Labour supporting political lobbyist. Whether thats accurate or not I don't know but Banksy has decided to make political art and has donated to the Labour campaign for London mayor.
The Steve Jobs with microwave is political art and whether its political propaganda or relevant to Calais depends on Banksy's motivation in making this piece.
Politicians like Merkel etc use propaganda all the time and Merkel with her holocaust guilt excuse to undermine German democracy and laws being used in some EU countries to make illegal criticism of these policies is heading down a dagerous path for the future generation.
Political art and political propaganda has it's place and criticism of it too.
Some people promote no borders in democratic countries but don't have the guts to do the same in countries like Saudi etc who refuse to take any refugees.
Todays migration crisis or call it what you will has nothing to do with World War 2. It is todays problem.
I'm all for helping refugees and i'm all for democracy and a secular state that doesn't pander to religion.
Of course there will always be opportunists taking advantage of a refugee situation and pretending to be refugees. Not everybody is honest. Turkey got 3 billion euros from the EU to help with the refugees that are fleeing Syria and in Turkey. Yet some people wonder where the money has gone. Some people as in criminals are exploiting refugees and migrants by conning them into paying a lot of money to get to European shores and promises of free housing etc etc and what they get in reality is an unsafe dinghy or boat and no choice but to make the trip and many lose their lives through no fault of their own. Yet everyone blames Europe for this. The people who profit from coerce and take advantage of refugees in this way should be tried for war crimes. Some reports say ten thousand children who have arrive din europe have vanished into trafficking in europe and worse. people who said that the refugees and migrants that arrived with children should be dna tested an dthe children dna tested too are called racist.
Some people see the migration and Calais etc through rose tinted spectacles and do not consider what is behind a lot of this stuff. There are victims and a lot is covered up for political reasons.
Some people in France who buy and sell art, when Banksy is mentioned, don't rate him as an artist and say it's gimmicky and doesn't show any variety or skill and regarding the Stencil opposite the French embassy in London, the French are not offended and see it as Banksy just promoting himself by this Les Miserables stencil. It was promoted very fast by Jo Brooks too.
Regarding the tear gas fired into the camp. There is no proof it was tear gas in the video that Banksy linked to the Les Miserables stencil. No footage of the canisters close up once they cooled down and no footage of anyone that had any ill effects from this so called tear gas. The French police use smoke bombs too. So it's up to Banksy to prove tear gas was used which so far he hasn't.
Kobron, just to remind you this is supposed to be an art forum many people on here (including me) find your posts and the views you express extremely unsettling. Similarities above the same scenario is a great possibilitie and would be worse this time round , mixture of people that genuinely need help then the minority that cause trouble and with the way media portrays coverage the negatives stand out more , through art arouses discussion on this topic on all levels rather than just looking at a clever pretty picture.

By the way it's not a microwave he's holding its an old Mac computer I know but it looks like an apple microwave in the stencil for people who have not heard of Steve Jobs the mass marketing businessman.
"In 1976, Wozniak invented the Apple I computer. After Wozniak showed it to Jobs, who suggested that they sell it, they and Ronald Wayne formed Apple Computer in the garage of Jobs's Los Altos home on Crist Drive. Wayne stayed only a short time, leaving Jobs and Wozniak as the active primary cofounders of the company." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Jobs
The art is political in as much as Banksy chose to use an image of Jobs, to say. Jobs is the son of a migrant and if his father wasn't allowed to enter the USA (and get a woman pregnant out of wedlock and go back to his country and abandon her and the baby Jobs who was adopted by a kind loving American couple we wouldn't have the iphone and stuff like that that is or was made in China and including a factory where 14 workers comitted suicide.)
So look people what's so great about open borders. Without them we woudn't benefit from great people like Jobs etc. The art is propaganda.

How is Steve jobs holding a microwave political? By the way it's not a microwave he's holding its an old Mac computer I know but it looks like an apple microwave in the stencil for people who have not heard of Steve Jobs the mass marketing businessman. "In 1976, Wozniak invented the Apple I computer. After Wozniak showed it to Jobs, who suggested that they sell it, they and Ronald Wayne formed Apple Computer in the garage of Jobs's Los Altos home on Crist Drive. Wayne stayed only a short time, leaving Jobs and Wozniak as the active primary cofounders of the company." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Jobs The art is political in as much as Banksy chose to use an image of Jobs, to say. Jobs is the son of a migrant and if his father wasn't allowed to enter the USA (and get a woman pregnant out of wedlock and go back to his country and abandon her and the baby Jobs who was adopted by a kind loving American couple we wouldn't have the iphone and stuff like that that is or was made in China and including a factory where 14 workers comitted suicide.) So look people what's so great about open borders. Without them we woudn't benefit from great people like Jobs etc. The art is propaganda.

Wedlock sounds like a device from the 17th Century that a man will put on a woman to stop her from going off and finding someone better.
