Harry arranged for a ยฃ15,000 painting to be designed by renegade artist Banksy; Harry is hoping that the art will be both an endearing gift and a savvy investment.
A source told the Daily Star: โHarry had always been a huge fan of Banksy who specialises in graffiti art. And he just wants to do something different.
โHe is hoping Banksy will design something special for Chelsy and use creative colours including red, white and blue.โ
Banksy recently worked his magic on Paris Hiltonโs new album; he transformed her album cover depicting the heiress with her tits out as well as replacing her head with that of a dogโs in the CDโs artwork.
What will he come up with for the dizzy Chelsy?

I saw a 10 ft+ Robert Williams piece he owned in a Robert Williams retrospective show at Otis Art College in Los Angeles in 2005. Must have been expensive it was quite large and intricate, solid oil popsurrealism art masterpiece. Nice purchase DiCaprio.
