Don't worry about it. I have two framed Pejac prints hanging in my home. And of course I've also looked at this print from time to time. I have a great plan chest for my unframed prints, so it works well.

We need another actor to come visit Pejac. 14400 was the peak. I dont know if it'll get 8 or 10k but its come off some. This is my favorite and first work by Pejac. Good luck with the sale. Hopefully the market picks back up! With only 20 out there I wouldn't go below 10k GBP if selling

That's a very fair point from a collector.

I have yet to see anything in this market give an artist’s prices a boost, so don’t hold your breath.

This is not about being pessimistic, not at all.
This is about being *trying* to be fair and realistic. Taking into account the latest Pejac sales as well as other factors inc. more historic sales.

For you, this obviously is about maximising your profit margin, which is quite normal.

Your pricing is way off. For your benefit, I suggest you take caution because the market can go down as much as it can go up. If anything, the indicators are that Pejac (like many but not all artists) are in a downturn. 

Thank you for your input. As I said, the last auction result was £14400 and that was only a year ago. I know that other prints by Pejac have sold less well or not at all, but there is no other comparable result for 'Wound SE' at the moment, as the other two popular prints by Pejac (Meadow SE and Sepukku SE) have not been offered for sale recently either. I know that £14400 is a collector's price, but the print is a collector's item for me too. I also know that prices are generally falling. That's why there aren't many good items on offer from Pejac at the moment. My £12000 pounds is therefore my basis for negotiation. I'm willing to go a step further if the buyer is also an enthusiast, but I would never sell it as low as you recommended. It's not about getting the maximum out of it, as you wrote. The print is simply worth more to me and I'd rather keep it than give it away at a price that doesn't match my expectations. I'll leave my offer for a few more weeks, but if nothing comes of a sale, then so be it and I'll enjoy it for years to come. 

Of course, this is always a matter of taste.

In April 2022, a Meadow came up for sale at Heritage Auctions. It sold at auction for $5750 with premium. 

I don't know you and I don't for one second believe that these facts are trashy.
I also understand that you want to make as much money as you can.

 I compared your HF to other similar HF editions, not Meadow.
