my guess is $3k-$5k but could be $10k (and should be given Blu's importance, Rennes is the best standard edition print (by far), it is iconic (giant made up of many smaller things; related to a beloved mural) & arguably better than the UVs of the same print (one which sold for $10,750; one currently offered on ebay for much more), plus fact that there are less than 2000 editioned prints counting every print from every edition across Blu's entire career (versus his peers who have tens to hundreds of different editioned prints with some single editions larger in size than all of Blu's prints combined)

it also has a heart (with the potential for romantic/positive emotional reading), which makes it a little less cynical than his other works (and also opens it up to a broader market). there is a CMYK, his other print with a heart, on ebay for $5250. it is a smaller print and less iconic (without a related mural and with less signature elements of Blu), but also one of his best prints. it may or may not sell for $5250 (it has not sold quickly but we also have not seen others come up for sale for less in the same period)

if rootona is asking as a potential seller, they can name their price and see what happens (in part, it depends on how fast of a sell they need to make and what kind of buyer they are able to attract (some people always want bargain/deal/discount; some of us want quality and are fine paying market or a premium (in part based on projections for future - from my perspective Blu is one of the few artists on this board who i expect will have a viable secondary market in 5-20 years)). if rootona is asking as a potential buyer, my understanding is these are very hard to find (and it depends on what kind of buyer they are - they might have someone willing to sell who is looking for a price and would be happy with $1k or they might otherwise find a deal or they might try to haggle at $5k and miss the opportunity to buy this before it jumps to $10k). whatever the price, my view is that Blu's secondary market is still sorting and when it does eventually settle, today's expensive (and bargain) will look like bargains (though, as noted before, it may take a secondary market gallery getting involved - having an established location on the internet that buys and sells Blu - to make this happen).
