Personally I struggle to relate to the vast majority of urban art that come from the Scandinavian countries, I find it hard to identify with the images and the meaning that comes with them (if there is any which I'm sure there is). I feel like I'm missing out on the joke, it's all a bit 'local' stories/jokes for 'locals'. Maybe it's a case of lost in translation? Dolk, Pobel, dot dot dot.....they all leave me a bit bemused and confused. For me artists like Banksy and DFace seem to send a more international message that's understood by the majority of viewers.

I agree with you warmgun, but with a few exceptions, mostly dolk's early work - granade lovers, che, and maybe a couple of others.
