It's a teddy bear squeezed into a big bell jar and is signed Gavin Turk 2014.
I have no idea on price but my daughter has just gone to university and is willing to sell it just to get some cash to help her out so if anyone is interested drop me a DM for pics and all offers will be considered. Thanks.

Taking a piss here, nothing new and utterly stupid! Really, who buy this? Ahahaha! It's an update on the famous "Artist's Sh*t" by Manzoni, which itself, is very clever. Why do you pay huge money for a signed print? I suggest it's partly because you have the presence of the artist and know he has handled the print himself. It makes it more personal. But what can be more personal of an artist than his own bodily fluids? It's conceptual. It's also playing with the idea of 'taking the p*ss' out of rich people and the art world. Something that Banksy has also done in the past. |
