Are you on wifi? I do noticed this crappy site really needs wifi turned off and operating on my mobile line to see anything. It sucks, but then again, we already know how lousy this entire site went that day.

Again, we want to thank everyone for their patience as we work through all the processes and steps that need to take place to deliver a fair and expedited solution for everyone who attempted to purchase the KAWS Companion on Thursday, October 20th.
We want to provide you with some further information on how we are moving forward with our next steps.
1) Orders are being handled in 6 separate batches.
2) Last night, the first batch of orders were emailed an รขโฌลACTION REQUIREDรขโฌย email that contained a link that allowed them to finalize and pay for their initial order. Many of these orders are shipping out today.
3) We will be working on Batch # 2 this weekend. Please stay tuned to your email as we will be sending Batch #2 their รขโฌลACTION REQUIREDรขโฌย email that contains the payment link necessary to complete your order.
4) Batch 3 through 6 will be processed early next week. We are hoping to have batch 6 completed by Wednesday of next week.
When you receive the ACTION REQUIRED email, you will be able to process your order.
If you experience difficulty with your order, please reply directly to the ACTION REQUIRED email. Please only email if you have difficulty with your order as we have limited staff available to assist in answering.
Please remember the following:
1) Please do not attempt to create a new order on kaws.themodern.org. All new orders are being cancelled and the credit card transaction will be voided.
2) By placing a new order on the site, it slows the ability for us to move forward with the plan above.

After looking at multiple posts on kidrobot, Instagram etc most people have hyped themselves into believing that this is a very limited release

Actually I am waiting for my buying block. Bought several times early on the TMFW release. But maybe I was too late for the first rounds. The website crashed too often. Hoping to get some of my orderd items. If not Medicon is the only chance. I wont go with cash flippers...

I managed to put a brown companion in the cart and enter all the necessary data, but the payment was refused as it happened to many others. I am quite sure that all those who received the "payment declined" email will be able to complete the purchase. The gallery will continue to send email even during the week. they are now managing the second batch of buyers and there are six batch in total. we'll see. |
