Not only that you had to wait months for it to arrive. Really, what do have you to complain about? Jeez what's next? You buy a print and complain just because the tube was squashed flat during delivery?
I don't get the complaints either. - soap and water - did nothing
- magic erase - did nothing
- diluted non-acetone nail polish remover - did nothing noticeable to the black marks, does start to reduce the shine on the piece
- diluted acetone nail polish remover - has some effect but became clear that it was going to take of more than the black marks
if you really sold yours on ebay without disclosing to the purchaser i feel bad for them. There were a host of other poor quality control issues on the coverage of the pain in addition to the very obvious fingerprints. Im assuming you are just a troll with nothing better to do, but i answered the question for any of the folks on the board in need of actual information.

He would have mastered the production, readjusted the quality and ensured a reliable transport.

BAIT's reasons were always nonsense too; they kept saying the pieces were damaged in transit/during shipping, when the pieces were blatantly damaged at the point of production.
I feel bad for anyone who sent their 'damaged' ones back for repairs; I always thought those would be the only ones that see the light of day anyway. It's been like 7 months since they were ordered, and 4 months since they were supposed to be delivered.
Hopefully this all gets sorted out next time.

I get the complaints; it's being handled poorly by BAIT despite their promises. There really isn't a true sense that these will ever ship, from what I can tell - just constant delays and prolonged shipping periods and anxiety. I think just the concept of being strung along this long without knowing for sure that you'll even get one of the pieces is incredibly frustrating. I know people asked BAIT to guarantee that a replacement would come, and they wouldn't give the guarantee - most just kept the damaged ones bc they didn't trust the return process.
