Uhhh, you can't disclaim liability in all aspects. I don't think this would hold up in court, especially with a completed, paid order. The UCC and basic contract law applies, so if push came to shove, CC might be forking over some cash or made to perform the original agreement.

Might be best to contact consumer affairs in California or your local state consumer affairs about murakami, bait and complex. New Email sent out about DOB TOYS: "We can not fully determine the exact date they would be shipped out as they merely give us a brief range of time which would be around September. However, please be noted that it is only an estimated time. Manufacturer will certainly do their best to complete the process as soon as they can. And we will ship out as soon as we can after items are received from them." The skate boards and dob toys have yet to be sent out to anyone. The dates for their release also keep changing. I recommend contacting your local Consumer Affairs or California Consumer Affairs about any Murakami-Complex product. Both companies are still not being 100% straight with their customers. Also who is Manufacturing the DOB TOYS THEN?! PLEASE CONTACT CONSUMER AFFAIRS IN CALIFORNIA www.dca.ca.gov/publications/consumer-selfhelp.shtmlALSO contact Murakami, Bait and Complex about these orders.
