Since the gold one only came in the set the edition size is 250 making it more valuable than the red/blue which is an edition of 750. |

I agree they were awesome when they came out and for the price they were amazing but they re issued a ton of them. Some people were gifted doubles. So theyโre not so limited anymore. Bait dropped the ball imo because these gold ed. 250 are closer to 500-750 and the blue are well over 1000 now.

and i don't really think people should get shit for selling these; they bought them a year ago and there's a whole nightmare connected to them so i understand why people want to sell after receiving them a year later. and i don't blame them for asking what people are paying. doesn't make them flippers, in my opinion.

I see/know guys with millions in collections. Literally own murakami originals, and still had to send in to get replacement without any extras given, compensation, etc. . One huge Asian collector in particular.
Ijs.. like I said I know 20-25 guys that returned, or had to wait. One guy that bought 6 red, recently recieved all. .remember not all even released first time, likely not even a third did. I have no idea why guys would lie, but I'd challenge anyone to prove somehow by easily showing an email from bait that they were getting a replacement without returning. I'll wait .........
Couldn't care less about #s because my extra set was traded to an artist for a work from him (agreement since release ), and my other is on display with 0 intent of ever letting it go. Both ordered seperate days, both shipped in original lot with no issues. For all I care, this could be worth under retail, aND still be the release of murakamis lifetime imo (public wise).. I have 3 prints, and lord knows he whores those out. I have 7 total flower pillows, and 3 or 4 other plush. He has no chill on release lol, and gives no play. .
