Interestingly, the second copy of the print they are selling is pick up only. Would lead me to think they're probably genuine. Though, obviously requires a bit of further due-diligence.

I would guess he was unable to change bidders to pre-approved only as ebay kindly disabled this function a while back...i would expect him to pull the auction & relist correctly..

You are aware people who are not from Nigeria are also scammers?
If you expect someone to pay via Paypal & then go & pick it up you should expect the buyer ( and seller, if its legit) to be utterley stupid.. cash on collection anyone....
