Doubt you will see that much for it, but you never know, there has been a signed mary on a BIN of 2500 ono on ebay for a few weeks, signed love rats, marys etc have been seeing 1300 - 1750.

Blue, if you go to ebay, advanced search and look at completed sales of signed banksy prints you can get a better idea yourself and see what you think and get to grips of what to expect, sure you will have no problems in getting rid, PMed you also, get back to me if you want.

You may have seen the recent listings for the so called signed Banksy sketch prints.

These prints were copies made from the photos displayed on www.Banksy.co.uk and with an added signature were offered for sale as rare and valuable with the added insurance of a COA !

One seller listed two different signed sketch prints the only problem was they both had exactly the same 'photoshopped' signature.

The other seller was listing a signed Toxic Mary print again with exactly the same signature as the sketches but a modified version of a previous listing he/she had for the same item.

I have included some pictures of the listings below although I have obscured the signature.

Please be vigilant when considering buying since the popularity and value of Banksy has increased so have the attempts to defraud people.

The seller has listed a Toxic Mary before with a number of 99 / 600 and guess what ? ..... yep it had the same signature !!

Notice how the signature has moved on the print !!

The latest addition to the collection is the fake signed shark print and yes you guessed it the same signature again !!

Could have gone to someone for that price who would have given it a loving home, now just going to assist in bringing it and other prints out of the masses reach!

I have already mentioned in another thread my reason for selling it so fast.

Good detective work, but i'm not hiding anything.

I bought it because I wanted a Banksy and it seemed like it was a good deal.

When I recieved it, I realised that it was not my prefered print and it had an bump in it.

I'm just trying to get of it now for as much as I can get. Why wouldn't anyone want to get as much as they can.

When sold, i'll be on the hunt for a Jack & Jil, which you won't see on ebay.
