To be completely transparent, I’ve had offers between $11k - 12k USD.

I will buy now for eight grand.

Ive been pulled on this before-if you don’t want people to question value then list the price you want.
I asked for your ballpark and not the work’s value as most sellers want different figures. (You might take £8k and the next person might want £8.5k)

That's the thing with the old banksy prints , infrequent sales , hard to judge ,every sale instead of the last price sold for is expected higher ,sellers expect auction fees included buyers expect with out .people with the same same print quoting higher prices for their interest in the future , a lot of back and forth with offered prices .it is easier to quote the figure your looking for , a lot of people don't track print prices and with the hype of gdp and bbay a lot will want to buy in and before bbay is up and running.
