Im happy to see you having a difficult time deciding what to do. It seems like easy money, but its not the right thing to do, especially being a gallery. People trust you, whether they are buying or selling. Ive bought and sold coins for a long time and have seen peoples businesses quickly dissolve due to actions like this. People brought in coins to sell and got paid what seemed like good money for something they didnt want. Later on down the road, they found out what they were really worth.
Having said that, you need to buy it as an investment. Theres always a chance it will sit in your inventory for a while. I would offer 25-50% of the fair market value. You might be able to fudge it a bit and get it a little lower if you explain to the buyer how volatile of a market it is right now. You "as the buyer" are taking a risk buying it at any amount. One is available for swap preferably for an unsigned Laugh Now or other early Banksy - pm me with offers.
Would also consider an interesting Dface canvas. Matt Small original, Candice Tripp canvasses, etc

Hers is slightly more vertical than the ones I've seen - are there a couple of variants?

There were 500 Queen Vics, 50 of them were signed, there are a few others floating around as well- I heard a rumour ages ago that Shep had a gold version  . I guess an unsigned QV would go for about 1.5k at the moment. Coloured Trollies seem to go for 1.8k or so but given that the QV is framed I think its a reasonable swap. Sadly I don't have a colour trollies
