Yer I'm a big d face fan. I didn't go for this on release as I was hoping it would be the image up on Instagram but it is a well composed piece and I'm slightly annoyed I didn't go for it. Live and learn though!

Either way, I'm sure those in attendance and those who acquired the print will be beyond happy with it. The quality of D's prints are always top notch and would love to see it in person. For me however, not my cup of tea as I prefer the Lichtenstein-esqe style. Congrats to those who have acquired.

This print already has a place in my main wall, just below '...not so Superman'... it will take down a Cauty's Queen and take her place... (NO it is not a political message and I am not from/in the UK).
The Cauty's 21st Queen will have her own place in another wall just below Invader's Home Earth (NO it is not a political message).
There may be lots of political messages in this print and whatsoever, but I am not concerned with them, I really do like the image and I am sure I will love it more in person.
Also I am not concerned about it's value in the future and how many people are selling them for a low price, or if it is a good investment or not. I invested in an art piece that I like and that's what matters to me.
Apart from it's value, what is really important is that I will feel very happy owning it and every time I will look at it.
Now the problem is... how to frame it

I had high expectations for the colours and quality of the print and I am happy I was not disapointed. However I was really impressed by the contrast done by the high gloss black ink and the golden ink on the brush stroke.
I am thinking in floating it elevated with a white background, inside a simple black frame. How are you going to frame it?
