I think the value is close to £5500 -6k so basically half price

Should be more - especially if you can find one in good nick i agree that there are probably not a ton in mint condition given the fragility of the paper. still seems insane especially since a bunch of unsigned lower edition banksys failed to hit their 6kGBP reserve at the tate ward auction last week. |

A mint Flags may very well be 5.5, or 6k£, or more.... but don’t kid yourself there are almost none.
Easier to find a rare coloured AP of a Banksy print than an actual “mint” Flags.
Excellent condition Flags are sub 5.5k£,
Most very good condition Flags with no major issues around the 5k£ Mark

Agree with the reply above, I have been offered £5.8 - £6k by dealers for mine.
