Six Nations Rugby, by yobaby on Mar 18, 2017 21:04:58 GMT 1, Well played England, the only side to win away from home.. home ground advantage in the 6N (and most other Test matches in the top 7 or so nations) is not to be underestimated. Ireland are in my opinion the gem in the NH, some finer tuning and they'll be nigh on unstoppable.. you don't face a full strength English side of this calibre with so many injuries to your 1st team and win (home ground advantage or not).
Another great tournament comes to an end, now for a global season please... it's time..

Congratulations. Disappointed with England's performance in this game. But having won the six nations, I can't complain.

Six Nations Rugby, by Deleted on Mar 19, 2018 19:14:41 GMT 1, Just got back from Rome for 6 Nations game and these My Dog Sighs works were recently put up by him for The Forgotten Walls project, amazing detail in these eyes.
This is located at the bottom of Via Dandalo just off of via Trastevere for those interested. Well worth a visit if you are in Rome.

Six Nations Rugby, by Hubble Bubble on Mar 17, 2019 12:52:19 GMT 1, Congrats to Wales. A deserved Grand Slam. As for England... WTF? I thought I'd slipped down the rabbit hole and into some parallel universe after half time yesterday. What a game for the neutral. Another great Six Nations.

Six Nations Rugby, by hibster on Mar 18, 2019 9:24:15 GMT 1, to be fair though, they did well to retain possession & score at the end jones needs to look at his bench, needs people that can turn the game around & who did we have; te'o, George ford, brad shields.... & apparently Nathan hughes is a second row now
congrats to wales, winning a grand slam whilst scoring the lowest number of tries shows the quality of their defence

Six Nations Rugby, by Jeezuz Jones Snr on Mar 18, 2019 9:45:20 GMT 1, I watched the England highlights and couldn’t believe the gaps second half? Great game for the neutral as mentioned. Wales second in the world and I’m living in Oz so it’s been great mentioning in work that the aussies are 6th in the rankings 😉 Be great to get over to japan but buying a new house this year, so we’ll be broke. I’ll be watching on tv..

Scotland should have held on for the win. i was desperate for scotland to let england score in the corner in injury time and take our chances with a missed conversion as a penalty in front of the posts would lead to what it did lead to. But as ever Scotland just Scotland’d it !

The timing of when we met them probably helped a little but I thought that we were excellent today and England were really very poor. I was similarly expecting us to “Scotland it” and to rue the missed kicks, the moment of Finn Russell silliness etc but thankfully it was finally our day. I’m out for the Grand Slam now. .

Six Nations Rugby, by Hubble Bubble on Feb 13, 2021 20:28:14 GMT 1, Scotland have only themselves to blame. Correct red card snd they would have won otherwise. Another game handed to Wales. Great game though. Proper old fashioned home international. Hogg and Rees-Zammit outstanding.
England better and were good for an extra 15 pts I’d say, without the final quarter disruption. Looked a very nasty ACL type injury to Willis. Hope he’s ok.

Six Nations Rugby, by mrizzle on Feb 13, 2021 20:51:49 GMT 1, Indiscipline cost us dearly. We really need to cut that out as we handed that game to Wales today. I really felt that we were the better team today and always tough to lose by a point.
Impressed by Rees-Zammit though and he’s like a whippet.
