How does this 'love in' start and gain momentum on here?
Majority here to make money we know that much, but say with shares a new CEO may start with a company, then the hype starts, people buy into it and prices go up.but what happens here on the forum with the artists/prices? Are the galleries simply increasing their prices due to auction results? And it then moves to the forum and and hype begins quickly ? Or is there more to it?
On here more and more every day - We now are seeing everyone framing up invaders (because they are now valuable) people buying more invaders (to make money). Show us your invader! Invader polls!
Will invader maintain these prices? And more importantly Who's going to be the next artist do we reckon as I can start stocking up 🤑

That and more importantly:
-He's got a unique and engaging concept.
-His work is instantly recognisable.
-He has got many people interested in street art (myself included).
-He's been doing it since forever.
-He's still incredibly active on the street despite his success (he was in Rabat last week).
I think he is finally getting the recognition he deserves for his contribution to the street art movement.

It's is not like these new artists that are making profit because streetart wave fashion and put already a 300 or 600! Pounds for the launch of a print.
Invader has a career and he will stay.
As Roa even if Roa is very discreet at the mo.

I would just think that there aren't many older Invaders out there to be had. I would also assume that some of what is driving the market are new collectors looking for something a bit more wall friendly and pop culture in style. Just my opinion of course. What appeals to an invader collector from the beginning is going to be very different to a Hollywood Hills collector looking to impress. |
