I might put in a better offer at the last minute but I'm not going back and forward for the next 2 days raising my offer.
It's only a 24 hour auction... so you have just under 6 hours to decide... I think!

As I said previously, I would have liked to see £20, or so, online raffle tickets. That way the city boys could have bought their £30,000 worth of tickets and the average collector could have still bought a few tickets and at least had the vague hope they might bagged one.

Having this 'silent' auction over one day is much more straightforward. |

i don't see how its in a galleries best interest to bid this for a small return. who knows, i could be wrong, but if i was gallery id rather buy your invasion print for 6500, seems like a better return than bidding these up to the moon.

Let's see what happens that doesnt really make sense. if someone knows enough about invader to want to spend over 10k on this, then theyre aware of this auction surely and bidding on it themselves. theyre not just going to hand a gallery 20k to do it for them. if it goes for much more than that, then surely these buyers will start to say its just worth it to buy a 1/1 alias at this point, even if its a little more money than these kits wind up going for. the mechanics dont really seem to leave a large margin for galleries to flip. i don't see how its in a galleries best interest to bid this for a small return. who knows, i could be wrong, but if i was gallery id rather buy your invasion print for 6500, seems like a better return than bidding these up to the moon. |

Have a friend bidding, he's past the 10k mark. You could be on the cusp but there will be alot of action at the 11th hour. Plus OTI notifies you within 2 days IF you're a succesful bidder. Your 10k maybe good at 11:58 but maybe not at 11:59 with all the last minute bids and no opportunity to respond. |
