I know it's boring seeing "offers" all of the time, but I genuinely have no idea of the going rate. These are listed at .99 no reserve on a popular auction site. Will happily remove if around market value is offered and checks out.
Paypal or direct bank to bank. Shipped insured and double tubbed.
Cheers

Quoting Vikingsurfer (although without the fancy colouring), this is s pretty solid approach to the information required, particularly in light of a few rather troubling sales threads and events on here recently:
"TIPS TO MAKE YOUR 'FOR SALE' THREAD BETTER
1. An introduction
A brief summary of what you are selling (not everybody can see the title subheading on their mobile phones and it's a nice clean way to start your post).
2. Pictures
This is super important.
It not only proves you have the item, but it will also reinforce the item's condition and current state.
Examples of good pictures to include:
-A picture of the overall work
-Pictures of the corners of the artwork.
-A picture of the verso (back) of the artwork - if possible.
-Pictures of any flaws or damage.
-If framed - detailed pictures of the framing.
Detailed information / Artwork summary:
This is really important. It gives all the important information that a buyer would need to know when purchasing your work.
It will also not only vastly increase your chances of successfully selling your art work but will also save you a lot of time that would have been spent responding to messages asking for the information you failed to include.
This is the important information:
Artist:ย (Who is the artist?) Title: (What is the artwork called?) Edition: (What is the edition -Regular, AP, PP etc and also the edition size e.g. XX of 50) Framing:ย (Is it framed? What are the framing specs? What glass was used?) Framer:ย (Who framed the artwork? e.g. Darbyshires, John Jones, Mr Frame Man, your mate Dave). Condition:ย (How would you rate the over all condition of the print? e.g. Mint, Excellent, Good - be honest and descriptive e.g. Good with surface abrasion to the back from previous framing (see pics) or Mint -Stored flat since purchase). Location: (where are you and the print located) Price: (How much do you want for the print? Are you willing to accept offers or is this price firm? If trading, what are you looking to trade for the artwork?)
Any final closing comments:
e.g. I am looking for this deal to be concluded quickly as I am travelling next week or I will be in xxx area on this date so can meet face to face).
It's really not hard. If you want to sell your stuff here rather than paying Ebay fees, then please take the time to post your for sale thread properly.
It not only makes the community better, but also gives you a higher chance of success."

RARE WHATSON PP, HUSH SET, SNIK AP and more, by whob1 on Aug 7, 2017 7:54:34 GMT 1, "2. If your selling your item on ebay, then sell it on ebay, please don't post and start threads just to tell people about it."
"no idea of the going rate...but will happily remove if around market vaulue."
So all just an advertisement to an ebay auction from a gallery. Lack of respect to this forum.

RARE WHATSON PP, HUSH SET, SNIK AP and more, by Art Fan 2011 on Aug 7, 2017 8:07:59 GMT 1, "Will happily remove if around market value is offered"?
So if you think you know the "market value" why not put a price? All these are on ebay from urban0047 or whatever they call themselves.
I would of thought a gallery could at least be bothered to take some photos of the items they are selling?

RARE WHATSON PP, HUSH SET, SNIK AP and more, by Dive Jedi on Aug 7, 2017 9:41:58 GMT 1, Rather "surprising" that a gallery from Norway " genuinely has no idea of the going rate " of a Martin Whatson print.......
And indeed is however aware of market value....
Maybe Nuart Gallery should develop some interest in the stuff they are selling.
And GPB 76 shipping on the Snik? Are they bringing it in person by airplane?

RARE WHATSON PP, HUSH SET, SNIK AP and more, by Dive Jedi on Aug 7, 2017 10:23:49 GMT 1, That's posted on my behalf. This is a private sale of secondary market works Nuart GALLARY was not able to give you an estimate on the value ?
So you are selling it here, on eBay AND through a gallery? Better put some effort in it and put it on EspressoBeans, Finn and Catawiki too !

RARE WHATSON PP, HUSH SET, SNIK AP and more, by Masong on Aug 7, 2017 10:41:26 GMT 1, I sold a Red Eternal Reflection on the bay just over a year ago for ยฃ1250 I think. They have increased so my thoughts would be around ยฃ1800. OP will probably be expecting more though. I do own a Gold ER and wouldn't put that more than ยฃ1800. I paid ยฃ1150 around 3 years ago

RARE WHATSON PP, HUSH SET, SNIK AP and more, by Coach on Aug 7, 2017 10:52:13 GMT 1, I'm not entirely sure why people are giving Reader a hard time. It's long been established that people who own or work in a gallery can have personal accounts. It's also not uncommon for members to have a piece for sale on here and at the same time elsewhere. The sales thread may not be the best ever but it breaks no rules as far as I am aware. Reader has my respect for the efforts he has put in to street art over many years.

RARE WHATSON PP, HUSH SET, SNIK AP and more, by JL Broooks on Aug 7, 2017 11:02:01 GMT 1, Must agree with Coach here - it is clear that OP is posting as a private person. Wrt the price of the MW PP print I haven't seen this for sale in ages, so it is a fair comment that price is uncertain here. I'm sure OP is willing to listen to offers if anyone is interested.

I think it's it's mostly because he states he has no idea of market value then contradicts by say would except market value. Just a bit confusing. I do fully understand though that when a print hasn't been on the market for a while you could put a price which is lower than market value and lose out. We all want to get as much as we can for our art so we can buy more. I don't really see a problem with the OP's post it just lacked prices. He didn't post an eBay link just let us know it was there.

The reason for asking was that you posted as a gallery on the other forum - thus not as clear cut as you suggest. Guess you have to pay taxes then if you sell on the Norwegian forum

RARE WHATSON PP, HUSH SET, SNIK AP and more, by whob1 on Aug 7, 2017 11:20:53 GMT 1, This is still a link to ebay, but different opinions on how to read the rules I quess. Admins decide, but its good to know what is allowed Dont really see the difference between the "ctrl c" link and "hey! its on ebay".
5. Postings of Sales using Ebay Links are not allowed and will be removed. Links to Ebay are allowed if it is as a warning to members about fake items or possible illegal activity.
