I'd be inclined to say his work is less dated and MORE relevant as each day goes by. I've seen him revisit similar subject matter (mobile/smart phones) multiple times and smash it out of the park each time(I recall a bunch of young people directly benefited from one piece. Doesn't address big issues? I think he is still 'banging on' about some wall known to have caused a problem or two some place miles away.Did he get involved in jungle camps? Smashed it out of the park with Dismaland
I've been out of the loop for a good while so please do fill in any blanks.

I can see how craftsmanship and insight into a particular point in time are important, but if I can't relate to a piece because it's too specific to a time or event that happened long ago, it won't keep my interest. Maybe that's why I sprint past the Renaissance areas of museums...

Look at Cuts and how crazy that that print was done years ago and it can relate currently to the political climate over in America but also the fact that they are ripping down statues all over the place.

Personally I tend to prefer his earlier prints. FC, HC, RC, BH etc are firm favourites for me. That said Iโve never completely understood the passion for GWRB. Each to their own.
