Mmmmm I don't think it would effect the values that much. it might even make them rise more in the long run, is it would make the images more famous and encourage more people to want the original unsigned and signed versions.
Sadly this would happen. Claims to 'oh these are the original banksys' vs the new ones thus worth more. Sadly that is what banksys work has become part of.

its a hobby though really, where all the money spent isn't just washed down the drain.
a lot of my mates go skiing,
a couple of them spend fortunes on push bikes
Others cars
a good few of them spunk about ยฃ30 a day on fags and booze
rich and varied
i just eat stodgy food and look at pretty pictures
