This print obviously has a very dodgy past that has been brought to light, and the seller should have to prove that everything is above board and it is legitimate. He knew full well his post this morning would lead to more questions than answers, hence the pathetic cop out line "I will be making no further comment on this thread or on the forum".
CAT is a liar and basically has defrauded buyers imo, and it is all there in black in white.

Obviously it wouldnโt be using US law, but if it was, it doesnโt matter that he revoked the offer early. There was no option contract to keep the offer open for that whole week. So by him saying the offer is no longer available, itโs been revoked. If someone had already sent the print to them to refund, they would have to refund it.

You do not need to do a class action law suit if you are in the UK, just open a small claim against them, if they don't turn up to the hearing the court will side with you
