Some guy claims the paint on the new banksy ferris wheel was still wet when he saw it and so took an impression of it on a newspaper he had to hand and has now listed it on ebay for £6k! Some people are just so resourceful!
I know no ebay links but hoping this is okay to post as I had to share.

This is actually pretty cool. I mean I understand knocking the price but if you are a true fan of banksy this would be a cool item. Yes the price is ridiculous and it probably isn't worth more then a couple hundred bucks. But the worth of something like this shouldn't be monetary.
This is only useless in the sense of monetary value. In the sense of artistic value this is incredible.

He was pissed off and went looking for coloured paper from the car park attendant.
Came back empty handed and took the newspaper from the photographer.

But money aside any true banksy fan saying this is dumb (once again put the price and money aside) would make me question whether they actually are a true banksy fan.

The only person it's not rubbish to is him. For him it's a great talking point - I'd be proud to have it on my wall if I'd been hot on the heels of the actual work. It's a crap story to say I bought this off eBay though
