The only reason they will reveal the identity is purely for financial business reasons which benefit themselves. Maybe they are saying Banksy is one guy behind everything as they think if it's revealed Banksy is just one guy a scenery painter among others the value of the art will be less credible to investors.
Or maybe Sincura got scared off by Murrkes coming review of their book?

The last three mails they claimed that a refund would be no problem, just let them know.. But when you ask for a refund, they don't answer you on your e-mail..

I don't know how much info is available regarding their financial status at Companies House as accounts are viewable in the links I posted. They seem to be a very small business or at least regarding their limited companies.
It is possible that there is a delay due to some legal challenge or even some unexplained loss of data from their system.
It might be that they are just trying to generate drama or are waiting for enough orders to come in before paying the printers. Have they shown any photos of the actual book and some pages online? All I could see is some dogdy photo of a bloke holding a power tool. Looks like a big tool too and some photos of the rat stencil. No photos of a nice shiny book anywhere.
