Banksy in Palestine ๐ต๐ธ, by Carl Cashman Art on Oct 13, 2023 12:25:29 GMT 1, Israel said they used to take 10 palestinian lives for every Israeli life lost but now it will be 100 for one, So there is a long way to go yet. They also shoot young men in the knees so that they are crippled for life, a burden to family and not able to work.... another fact not mentioned in the zionist monthly.

Banksy in Palestine ๐ต๐ธ, by topper on Oct 13, 2023 13:24:11 GMT 1, Just reading through this thread and at first glance it looks horrific.
Then I realise, there are only two accounts on here with extreme, toxic views (one of which seems to be calling for genocide?!?!?). Everyone else seems measured, contemplative and deeply concerned for the suffering on all sides.
It occurs to me that this is the problem. It only takes a few people...

-Before the Empire of Ayubid, there existed the French and Christian Kingdom of Jerusalem, not the Palestinian State.
-Before the Kingdom of Jerusalem, the empires of Omeyad and Fatimid existed, not the Palestinian State.

-Before the Empire of Alexander of Macedonia, there was the Persian Empire, not the Palestinian State.
-Before the Persian Empire, there was the Babylon Empire, not the Palestinian State.
-Before the Babylon Empire, there existed the Kingdoms of Israel and Judea, not the Palestinian State.
-Before the Kingdoms of Israel and Judea, the Kingdom of Israel existed, not the Palestinian State.
-Before the Kingdom of Israel, there was a theocracy of the twelve knees of Israel, not the Palestinian state.
-Before the twelve generations of Israel's theocracy, there was an agglomeration of independent Canaan cities-empires, not the Palestinian state.
In fact, this piece of earth was everything EXCEPT THE PALESTINE STATE

Then I realise, there are only two accounts on here with extreme, toxic views (one of which seems to be calling for genocide?!?!?). Everyone else seems measured, contemplative and deeply concerned for the suffering on all sides. It occurs to me that this is the problem. It only takes a few people... It only takes a few terrorist apologists to skew a narrative to people feeling sympathy for terrorists that were democratically elected in the government. It's very important to combat such mis- and disinformation with actual facts.
Over the coming months, there will be no more Hamas. There will be no more bases. No more tunnels. No more munition storages under hospitals and schools. Hamas and it's supporters will be eradicated from the earth. Hopefully with the aid of the US to make a strong statement to the terrorist regime in Iran.
If there is actually innocent civilian lives lost, that's on Hamas. Hamas, the organization that tells their civilian population to not comply with Israel's warnings to vacate the combat zone. That build military bases and command posts under critical civilian buildings like hospitals and schools in the HOPE they get hit by retaliation strikes from Israel.
Israel has lived under the constant threat of these people for decades on end. It's time to finally eliminate this threat once and for all. Perhaps after that, the people of Palestine can elect a moderate, peace loving government that focusses on making life better for it's people. Given the billions and billions of aid they received over the past decades, this could have been a reality already. But no. They elected Hamas and Fatah by an overwhelming majority. Hamas and Fatah have a stated goal of murdering every single last one Jew on the planet.
Let's hope this horrible situation brings about peace in the middle east in the long term, without terrorist jihadist destabilising the region. The time to act is now.

The IDF will make sure of that.

Banksy in Palestine ๐ต๐ธ, by House of Arts on Oct 13, 2023 16:09:17 GMT 1, This is one of the more balanced takes on the situation that I have read: I have read through the entire piece, and this stands out to me:
" I wish a one-state solution felt realistic โ a world of Israelis and Arabs and Muslims and Jews living side by side with equal rights, fully integrated and defused of their hate, is a version of Israel that I would adore."
This is a actual description of Israel. Israelis and Arabs and Muslims and Jews have equal rights in the state of Israel. 20% of Israel's population is Arab. They can vote. They are in the Knesset (Israel's parliament). There was even an Arab party in a coalition at some point.
And that's exactly the difference between the state of Israel and Palestine. Arabs live in peace in the Jewish state as long as they don't murder Jews. Jews would be instantly murdered in the Palestinian state.

Banksy in Palestine ๐ต๐ธ, by Pete the Post on Oct 13, 2023 20:42:02 GMT 1, This is one of the more balanced takes on the situation that I have read: Dam good article, although the 6 billion from the US to iran is in a bank in Qatar and as yet unspent. It has US oversight and needs to be spent on humanitarian aid only. Although it may have also freed up some spare budget. The UK however, did give them 400 mill from a tank deal we never came good on. That was done without oversight, handed back and when questioned, Iran said, get stuffed, we will do what we want with it.
Also apparently there has been a lot of European and US munitions used from Gaza that the russians took off the Ukrainian battlefield and sent over.
Plenty of opportunism going on from the powers that be. Which is maybe responsible for the big difference between government positions and the positions of most regular people. The powerful take sides, while the people watch on in bemusement and horror. and the cycle continues.

Certainly wouldn't want to diminish the prestige of his usual account. 169 posts. Very vocal. Receiving compensation for your efforts? I think this 'episode' in the conflict will be the defining one and things will change. It isn't 1983 and information disseminates and propaganda gets exposed in due course.

Banksy in Palestine ๐ต๐ธ, by Pete the Post on Oct 15, 2023 8:59:41 GMT 1, Well, it seems it finally happened. Israel is now pretty actively attacking Gaza.
So, a country born of the suffering imposed on a race of people in world war 2, is potentially about to help start world war 3 by slaughtering a nation of people they have oppressed and mistreated for decades.
And they say we learn nothing from history.
This is a live feed over Gaza.
Can only hope they get stopped by international pressure.

Banksy in Palestine ๐ต๐ธ, by Viennese on Oct 17, 2023 16:22:54 GMT 1, Unfortunately they were! In Berlin people distributed candies to celebrate the โoccasionโ. All over the world people chanted and celebrated. The Free Palestine Movement never really held Hamas to account. Then again why would they if they proclaim or accept others among them proclaiming โFrom the river to the seaโ. BLM Chicago added a very tasteful comic of a paraglider to their posts in reference to the music festival massacre. I am just at a loss why people couldnโt even wait a day with their โbut Israelโ points and express sympathy with the slaughtered. This sends a dangerous message, it absolves terroriste of accountability. In the past Hamas was sure to claim that they were not targeting civilians, in the future they wonโt have to even bother. And all this wille there are over a 100 hostages in Gaza as we speak. Can anyone here inage what is being done to them? I heard a father yesterday crying and saying that he smiled when they found his daughter dead, compared to being taken to Gaza, death was a blessing. I assume you've had this same energy for the thousand fold atrocities that Israel have been committing against the Palestinians on a daily basis, that precedes last weekend's horrendous events? And you can't seriously equate people marching to end an illegal occupation in Palestine = Hamas support. But that's always a good way to deflect from the root cause of the issue / why these people protest in the first place. Just because this was directed at me personally: I actually have a lot of energy to spend as I have been following the conflict also in times when no rockets are flying. But this is not about me or my energy or anyone elseโs here and whether they have been to the region or not. This is about looking at the issues in depth and holding those accountable that stand against a sustainable solution. This is the both-sideism I want. There is absolutely no shortage of criticism against Israel, and not just against the government but the existence of the state itself. What that means is conveniently left out. What I do not see is Hamas being held accountable as well. What I do not see is Egypt being held accountable.
To your other accusation: Nobody here is equating anything but if you chose to protest โfor the other sideโ the day a massacre of these proportions happened, with all the images and videos being shared, you seriously have to check in with your humanity. Do you see worldwide protests and celebrations of leveled houses in Gaza? These protests happened before the Israeli attacks on Gaza. Have you followed those images closely? I have been to a number of protests in my life and of course not everyone protesting stands behind every sign that is held up but it was not difficult to gauge in what spirit most of these protests were held in. What was being celebrated? The massacre of innocent lives? The impending Israeli missile attacks and resulting deaths of thousands of Gazans?
Unfortunately they were! In Berlin people distributed candies to celebrate the โoccasionโ. All over the world people chanted and celebrated. The Free Palestine Movement never really held Hamas to account. Then again why would they if they proclaim or accept others among them proclaiming โFrom the river to the seaโ.

Banksy in Palestine ๐ต๐ธ, by Pal-Art on Oct 18, 2023 20:00:48 GMT 1, Just to clarify some facts, the Palestinian fighters did not go to rape women or behead civilians, as the liar Netanyahu claims. The purpose of the operation is to storm the military bases, capture the largest possible number of soldiers, and the spy base in order to release the thousands of Palestinian prisoners. The reason for the killing of a large number of Israeli civilians is because of the cowardice of the Israeli army, which annihilated everyone who moved in the area of the operation after some of the resistance fighters were trapped and unable to return to Gaza. They did not have the ability to directly confront the Palestinian fighters, so it was better to kill them along with the Israeli civilians, and this is proven by the testimonies of survivors on Israeli television

This is an evil propaganda pushed all over the world to justify these satanic acts done by so called "fighters". It is okay to condemn wrongful acts from both sides. Close friends of mine, civilians, were butchered and killed by the Hamas terrorists that day, some are women. I have seen what they did to children here as well. I do not wish that on nobody, but some of you "righteous" people seem to pray for these atrocities to happen to my people again and again.
Peace for everyone.
