Additionally, if you're just repeating other auction house's estimates what does that say about the depth of your references and art knowledge specially when the lead on the "Crack Down" piece was posted on this forum more than a month ago and I'm sure the four platforms weren't live back then. This point was already raised and addressed by another forum member earlier in the thread. I responded to him investigated and took action.

You’re fully entitled to your opinion and if I’ve come up short here in your eyes then I’ll have to accept that. If the lot is estimated to high it won’t sell and the work will be returned.

Hopefully after this weeks sales we will have sold in the region of £1.2/1.3m worth of urban and Contemporary art from a standing start in our first year. We have hundreds of very happy customers and look forward to improving and exceeding next year.

Accuracy and attention to detail are important and I can see this has left a slightly bad taste with a few members so I’ll endevour to pay even closer attention when checking estimates going forward.
