Unfortunately this Banksy is now owned by the wealthy developer that owns the building, so expect it to be up for sale shortly.

It seems like an odd placement for Banksy for this reason.
For a while it seemed like he only did things that were hard, or impossible, to remove.
If it hadn't been posted on his official instagram I wouldn't have believed it was a real Banksy. It's not even a good rat stencil by his usual standards.

some people have known about him for 20+ years some people have heard of him in the last 20 months
