I would hazzard another guess he has help from a few women doing some admin dealing with 'paperwork'....... Not just woman that do admin but Ye, most of the rest seems fairly reasonable.

When he did BOTI he had his usually staff NYC guy work on locations, rentals, needs and other, beginning approximately 6 months prior to the month long event. The NYC team went on hiatus when Banksy felt some US Customs heat and decided to stay out of US for a bit.
