The property developer using the red jagged line to expel locals speaks for itself and I think the tagging improves the overall image.

She was sent to prison in July 2016, released in December in 2016 and sent back to prison in June 2017. Sheโll be in prison for 17 months. Now you may wonder, what kind of a painting can put an artist in prison? Or what can a 10-year-old child say that lead to her imprisonment?
First, letโs begin with the painting.
Zehra may be the only artist in the world whoโs jailed because of her paintings.
During the five months of curfew in the town of Nusaybin, a town which was under curfew because of the war between the Turkish army and the Kurdistan Workersโ Party (PKK), Zehra was rarely able to leave the flat where she was living along with politicians from the Turkish Parliament, the Mayor of Nusaybin, and other local politicians because it was a round-the-clock curfew: you couldnโt legally leave your home, even for a minute.
So they were mainly gathering news by speaking to other Nusaybin residents via phone, observing the clashes from their windows, and listening to the gunfire.
Because of this practical โhouse arrestโ and the wide censorship of Turkish media in the news reports coming from Nusaybin, Zehra decided to focus on painting and tried to portray the situation with her art.
She drew on her smartphone and started sharing her paintings on social media. They were far more influential and widely circulated.

Iโd be surprised if 10% would know who Basquiat was, if anyone is selling one of those Flexible prints for a reasonable price eg $60k please get in touch.

There was a chap not that long ago selling one on here, not sure if it sold. Also Great Dane Auctions in Philadelphia had one in auction that never sold. They do after sales on unsold lots, try them the guys in there are easy to talk to. Not sure on condition but i'm nearly sure their start price was 40,000 dollars |
