I disagree, demand will dry up and once most buyers have been priced out of the market prices will come down. Theres no shortage of Bankys out there but cant believe people will be queuing up to pay 10k plus for an unsigned print by Mr B.
On another note, congrats with the quick sale, I didnt even see the pics so I could make an offer. (Anyone selling a Banksy "Rat" PM me please)

Add in the continuing successful auction results and his pieces will be put more and more into serious collections who buy and don't sell, so less and less pieces will become available.
It also doesn't look like he will ever be releasing another print, so there isn't huge numbers of prints floating around.

If anything brand Banksy has become more worldwide than ever before, so hence more people want to own a piece of it meaning demand is rising. Hard to believe that he is totally "done" with his hardcore fan market. But I do suspect that may slow down the acceleration of older print prices that have been flipped 10x over.

I think it would more than likely have the opposite effect, if Banksy ever does do any more prints which I think is unlikely imo a lot of collectors will still covert the early prints and pay accordingly similar to how it is now really, what Banksy collector amongst us would not want a rude copper if we could afford it without getting grief. LOL, actually there are no PP's mentioned in his catalogue raisonne, only AP's that were signed and lettered A-Z.
If there was a spare unsigned print that the foundation sold it would have more than likely been a one off.

I just don't know what will trigger to make the price value of Banksy prints going down. Demand will remain and if price will go up again, demand still remains only for less people who can afford a Banksy. By that time, people that own a Banksy will keep it probably, as it will be a rare collectors item. Just my two cents....
