Banksy Love Rat Print, by rebelate on Aug 7, 2015 3:26:15 GMT 1, Dear members, I took risk purchasing an unsigned Love Rat which has no COA. I knew the risks involved but the price and conditions was worth the risk. It is currently in the post and will be arriving tomorrow.
If anyone can send or post close up/detailed photos of their unsigned Love Rat so that I can compare my purchased one to one which has COA I would be greatly appreciative. Any little printing details/stamp/numberings that could help distinguish a real from a fake would extremely helpful.
Of course at the same time I will be submitting for PC COA the second I receive it but knowing how PC works it would be too late by the time I receive a response.
But in the mean time, because it is time sensitive, I wanted to see if I can do as much research before hand to not lose any time just incase I need to return it as a fake or possibly backdoor print.
Hopefully one or two forum members can come through on this one and help me out! Thanks!

If so I didnt see any edition number in the photo they had on ebay. I kept clear of it for that reason and the fact they didnt have a COA.

The photos are not even of the actual print, a quick search afterwards proved that they were just recycled from another listing and google images. So yeah that's worrisome. But again like I said I should be protected via ebay. We'll see how it all plays out!

I Wish you the best of luck... Yup thats the one. To be honest shipping has been a nightmare. Shipped uninsured and in the cheapest way possible, no tracking or anything. It actually went back to them because they had the wrong address so it went back to sender. But it's coming tomorrow for sure this time. I spoke with the seller and he seemed legit so I thought it would be worth the risk with ebay protection. i had to send it to dface who had to confirm it was fake who then got stolenspace to write me a letter which i had to post directly to paypal recorded delivery. It then took 28 days for them to reply to that.
you could try asking pest control. But make sure you do all this within 45 days otherwise no money is due back.

It's such a bad fake that I don't even want to waste Pest Control's time with it but maybe it's a good idea just so they have the seller's name and print photos in their data base to help others in the future? Sucks they're on vacation though, the whole process would take longer than what it would for him to resell it to a potential sucker.

I think this guy will cave once he receives my response to him selling me a fake. I have his home address, cell, and email. I don't think he wants to mess around with me.
