Thanks for the input, guys. Very useful, insightful info and input; please continue to chime in, it’s much appreciated. Here’s the condition report for the one in “good condition”. FWIW, the price for the pristine one is £18k more than the price for the good condition one. Here’s a pic of the good condition one(ignore the black mark covering the number). I can’t see any burn on the edges. It’s obviously there, because it’s stated in the condition report, but I’m not able to see it in the pic. Perhaps my eyes aren’t what they used to be. You guys see edge burn? 

Good condition;
The paper shows a slight colour differential along all four edges with most of the paper slightly paler in tone than narrow double-bands along the edges. This is thought to relate to slight fading of the paper colour where it was left exposed to light by the differently sized apertures of two different window-mounts. Approximate width of band: top 15mm; bottom 6mm; left 9-12mm; right 9-12mm.

Full disclosure - I did reach out to Charlie Bronson as I have an unsigned GWB I may look to sell over the next 6-12 months (and sorry for not replying back - life keeps getting in the way at the moment).

I can honestly see the edge burn, but it's really not bad and the print looks in great shape otherwise assuming the back is the same.

If you plan to float mount it you may be othered. Once you see it, it's all you'll see.
But if you mount it, happy days.

You do know this is the Banksy forum right? Strange place to come if you're not into Banksy. 
Although I do agree that there are far better places to put your money than an unsigned GWB. It's a nice print but overvalued imo.

matt burn looks feint but would still get on my tits, get the mint one and try and get his price down a bit, I'd say £10k more any you're in the right ball park. Banksy collectors are hugely anal on condition so better not to give buyers any excuse to pass when you come to resell. 

Charlie Bronson - Fyi. I can see the matt burn on the right side and bottom in particular. It does look modest, but I'd agree with the other posters that it would get on your t@ts once you know it's there, etc.

In my opinion I would 100% pay extra for perfect. Whilst in more long established artists, Warhol, Picasso, Miro etc small issues are not viewed as a problem, with Banksy, today, visual impairments are very much a no go. It will undoubtedly change in time but as another poster pointed out it will drive you mad, so unless you can get an even better deal buy the best quality one you can!! Great decision to buy at this time, well done, I am very sure you will do financially very well in the mid/long term!!
