State of the art alarm system installed. Must be a great relief to the people that rent their art out to this company. I'm sure the insurance will be fine insuring all the art with a security camera and a big glass door as a deterrent.

- the screenprinted surface in very good condition, with no apparent scuffs
- there are some very minor spots of printing ink and tiny spots of ink (associated with the artist's studio, and not a condition issue)

Either way the only bid was 150k no other bidders
For me this print is 125-175 depending on condition right now privately
Can’t see it being any more or less for the time being but I don’t know of any recent private sales
