Does it make sense that somebody would have a signed and numbered Girl with Balloon that is numbered a hundred and something out of 600?
Aren't they 1-150/150 for the signed?
1-600/600 are unsigned correct?

There were quite a few with numbering imperfections when the prints were originally sold. Remember these weren't masterpieces then!
I have two prints with numbering issues, including a Gangsta Rat numbered 169/170!
However, PC like to correct these quirks before they issue a COA.

That was one of them yes.
Another has the same price. While one who only had the unsigned one, estimated the signed one to £15k.
So should definitely be possible to get it for £12k with some searching and patient id guess.

I am looking to make a move on this pretty quickly so if you are a serious seller or have any serious leads for me please let me know ASAP. I am not looking to pay gallery prices, but I am a real buyer and dedicated to making this happen.
