Heartbroken
I am sure I'm gonna get my money back - that's not the issue, even if I opened the parcel 3 weeks after receipt..
My question is, in that case, do they have spare? Or I'm f@ck3d ?
Money back would be the worst case scenario. What would you ask? To be 1st in line for the next print? An AP?
Any experience in dealing with a similar case?

Looks like a boxing knife caught it, but not sure why any courier would be cutting packages :/ bit worrying

Usually a few spare are printed as replacements for damaged prints.
Get in touch with Max and ask if yours can be replaced.

Clearly they are/were unsure about how to best handle the situation. There are people on the forum - yourself included - who can offer sound advice on the matter.

If you get a package that is visibly damaged before you open it, make sure to document your whole unpacking of the item. Like people have mentioned the shipper will try to claim you were the one who caused the damage.
That being said, Max should be able to replace it but it may take a while until Pejac is back in the studio to print another
