Iโm not sure whether they are signed? Description reads as though plate signed to me โ signed in the deckโ, although it says they are hand numbered? Might just be the way Iโm reading it.

During the negotiations, BNG decided to print the whole run before a contract was signed and terms were agreed upon. The negotiations fell apart after the prints were made because the two sides couldn't agree upon pricing and terms. BNG told Shang they cost their business x amount in expenses for printing the run. BNG proceeded to tell Shang we will give away these prints for free since they aren't authorized or signed. BNG then decided to sell the prints in mystery tubes instead of giving them away for free like they told Shang... You can interpret this however you wish... I certainly don't equate any of this to Shang screwing BNG out of a lot of $.
On a side note, guess he finally got someone to speak for him because it was tough as nails trying to get any type of response before. Which was most of the reason for the miscommunication and inability to get that print released.

That's some weird ass logic, but ok. Wouldn't we be pushing to make him sign a bunch of contracts if we didn't want any other galleries to have access to him? Most is done on good faith unlike other galleries who require all kinds of stipulations in their contracts about who else you can work with, when, ect..
