And yeah, touchdowntodd - that sounds like the packaging of my kit as well - it's kind of like a double box and the print was in a styrofoam sleeve/envelope. But it had very little space in the corners and that's where the impact happened. It was probably squeezed too hard and bent inside and eventually the foil gave way - in the picture you can see how creased it is. Not sure what my options are. But definitely not happy with the item sold at 2400 euros delivered to me in less than impeccable state. Oh and by the way - it was sent to the wrong address (billing instead of delivery).

Unpack it and frame it. Such a beautiful piece deserves to be seen without the ugly packaging. |

I’m sorry. I guess I just didn’t consider the packaging a part of it because I’ve always wanted a kit to display on my wall in plexi.

I recently got an expensive damaged print and decided to frame out dings that are on edges rather returning it. Is that really crazy ?

Depends on what you paid to it’s value and ease of restoration if needed
