You can see the rippling on the bottom of the image side in yours too.
I would contact them.

Checked the back of mine and it's perfect apart from a slight imprint either end where the image starts. You can see the rippling on the bottom of the image side in yours too. I would contact them. |

Anyway maybe is because of the cold/humidity during transport?
I'll see how it is tomorrow. Maybe check with my framer on Monday and see what they say.

Some remarks about the printing: My bet - looking at the damaged prints above - is that some of them weren’t properly dried as the print is thick with paint. Fortunately my turned out OK. However there are little white vertical blemishes (barely visible only up close) here and there on the blue-ish paint - looks like effect of the press since there is no damage on the paper/package)- is that normal? Not really an expert.
Packaging was OK-ish. Print was sent flat between two large, very thick cardboardards but the edges were protected just by tape. So there were empty spaces between the board where the packaging hit something - prone e.g. to humidity. Also the print was squeezed between the boards with just packing paper and little space/No additional protection inbetween. Solid package and nothing went wrong in my case - but it could.
