At the end of the year, I participated in the raffle for the Loveboat Banksy. I was lucky to find the right weight (confirmation email received) but it was not my surprise to hear that the winner was in Sweden and that the person had an estimate of a few grams. I contacted ChooseLove several times as well as Pest Control Office for explanations and why I was not winner. After several messages left, no response from them. I am French and in my country, each lottery is under the control of a bailiff sworn by the state to verify the smooth running and honesty of the organizer. In this case, an authority controlled this kind of lottery? Or can everyone arrange and win his family? I am very skeptical when it comes to the honesty of ChooseLove and the artist. 1. i would check and check again i have my facts straight, then, provided i have, i would
2. pick up the phone to anyone I could that is connected to the charity and work through that.
3. stay patient, these are all ok people, not out to screw people, so i would be quite relaxed knowing that in time it will be sorted, whatever 'it' is I wouldnt know? As i say they are not out to con people and if its a genuine mistake.....
Monday next week onwards is key, not sure who is back at work this week, so your emils may not have even been read yet.
I would imagine if it is what you say it is, they'll have to be a few conversations taking place before a resolution, which requires people to be back at work.

Did your correct weight confirmation state you would be entered in to another lottery with the other correct guessers?
If so, have they provided you with e.g. video evidence of the draw? Was it the same people who weighed it, who chose the winning lot?

Hello and all my wishes for this new year. I create my first post on this forum to tell you about my problem. At the end of the year, I participated in the raffle for the Loveboat Banksy. I was lucky to find the right weight (confirmation email received) but it was not my surprise to hear that the winner was in Sweden and that the person had an estimate of a few grams. I contacted ChooseLove several times as well as Pest Control Office for explanations and why I was not winner. After several messages left, no response from them. I am French and in my country, each lottery is under the control of a bailiff sworn by the state to verify the smooth running and honesty of the organizer.
