Any better/other ideas for the subject matter? We know placement is important so I don't see Port Talbot being chosen at random.
What is to the right of the boy on the ground? Left and right sides also look a bit different. Addition to another piece or a rushed finish?

Yes, that’s how I saw it. And it’s ash from a street bin fire, so I thought it was a reference to homelessness at Xmas.

That’s exactly right Briggs, it’s a great area. Always in the news with fumes, pollution and dust. Back in 2000ish I designed a housing site on the beach front with white pvc windows, lot complained as the windows were turning pink due to the pollution 😟..But as coach pointed out the raining dust is from a bin and not the factory?. Also it’s raining snow and I remember it was raining black dust a while back.. anyway it does look like a Banksy so probably a deeper meaning behind it than I can’t work out.. is it official? Would this be Banksy first ever street piece in Wales?
Side note the last lions test over here in Oz I met up with Taibach rugby team for beers for the day as my mate over here is from Taibach, great bunch of guys, cracking laugh..
