The exact reason I've known it as Port Toilet haha. I've never looked at it and thought it was great to see at night. But the bay across to Swansea is a different story

In my mind this piece works on a number of levels, on the local level as others have already commented but also on global level. A comment on humanity as a whole, unless we curb our ways the current generation's bequest to our children is nothing but ashes.
Edit: I'd just like to add that the way it's been done i.e. around a corner is an important fact if one is considering the global scenario.

In the the back of my mind I was trying to convince myself that this was real although I knew he didn't authenticate it, but I had to clear my mind by asking Banksy myself lol.
