All kidding aside, this sucks man, maybe contact them, I would assume they have extra considering they weren't sold out when the store went dark.

I had all the sets delivered in perfect condition, but the small bath toy had a crack in the packing because it was shipped in a bag.

I've emailed them, but it's night in Asia atm so I just have to wait. On the terms page it says that you need to return the item to them! ... so the pain hasn't stopped yet, and if they were to send me a replacement that would be another ยฃ138 import duty !!

No, the grey one is broken as well. None of the ears was in the foam shape, they were all standing above it - with pressure from the top, the 2mm wood connection broke.
Wrote an email as well, hope they will send a new one or refund+cover customs.
