Glastonbury Festival, by josep22 on Jul 5, 2024 18:00:29 GMT 1, I bought a couple posters at Glastonbury last weekend and were giving to my friend to sell some of them on ebay UK. My friend put a few to sell and were selling for around 80-130 pounds. A well known forum member called Jameszee, known as maythe4thbewithyou2013 (jamez Zahra) on ebay bought one of my posters for 130 pounds. About 12 of my posters sold on ebay and posted next day with UPS, all buyers have the posters by now and every one is happy with them, apart from Jameszee. So on Wednesday jameszee the forum scammer contacted me saying that I was trying to scam him sending him an empty tube. So I replied to him on ebay telling him that I will contact ebay asking the best way to sort this out. I called him by phone and told him I had a couple more of these posters and that either get a poster or the money back and only told him to wait so I could check with ebay what’s the best way to sort this out. On the phone he was very rude to me and very aggressive and before I hanged up I told him that if he didn’t get the poster to not worry as I would get it to him by hand. So immediately after me telling him to wait as ebay sort this out he left me a very rude negative feedback that everyone saw as it was posted on the forum. By 19:00 PM I refunded him and shortly after he opened a case with ebay and stopped replying to my messages. Clearly now he has the poster and the money returned from ebay. This clearly was a scam by him. He ignored me after he got the money back and did not ask for a replacement as he already had the first one which he said he did not receive. So I called ebay and reported him and ebay gave me the money back so I did not lose anything and ebay also removed the feedback as they new it was a scam by Jameszee. All the other people that bought the posters from me or my friend had received it and have left positive feedbacks, I will add pictures soon for every one to know how this member try to scam me . you can call me fliper but not a scammer (BUYERS NAME & ADDRESS REMOVED)  chat sin foto TIME REFUNDED BY ME  HE OPEN THE CASE ON EBAY AFTER MY REFUND          Can a buyer on ebay open a case AFTER they've been refunded??? I did not know that. In other news, you probably shouldn't post a forum member's name and address on here. That's very much frowned upon.

you are right, there are laws on social media and internet and you have not the right to gives names, photos, and addresses in a public post. The guy ( Josep ) that made that, can be sued in justice.

We are not all fragile. Those who are, carry a baggage of different emotions than us. I honestly believe they have more to tell than the norm of the masses. Poet? What is the poet? Participation in a national competition? Or be inside a collection of poems? I believe that the definition of a poet is very broad... and I honestly don't know whether to define myself as a storyteller.

I’m not very prepared for people turning up at my door at all… apart from I did recently buy a bronze sculpture that is only 25cm tall so it’s hand held and weighs like a brick… so watch out 😠 And I really don’t want to break it. It’s an edition of 25. but I will 😠 but I really don’t want to
