Listing actually says : "I have contacted POW are they are happy to provide a COA..you will need to take this to them at Commercial Street and it can take up to 2 weeks and costs £50".
All this means is he's emailed - 'can I apply for a CoA' and they've said 'yes you can apply but you'll need to bring that one in to be checked in person'. Which makes it more suspect than before!

I got a GREAT reply from this chap. one of the best ever...apparently he received it (a signed, original canvas of the "tesco petrol bomb") it as a birthday present in January 2010 (?!).
It is apparently signed Bansky, no Banksy, but he felt it was a deliberate mistake by Mr B and proved its authenticity.
Luckily for the winning Banksy OB canvas-buyer, he's happy to ship it in its original cardboard tube!
i told him if he's gonna lie his face off quite so obviously then he should at least understand what a canvas and what a print is. Oddly enough the listing has been taken down now...!
