Back on those days, even if the Edition was meant to have a set number of signed, actually probably less were actually released 😉 They just had a numbered pile of prints and signed them as people ordered them, and due to most people choosing the cheaper unsigned, the signed prints have become very rare.
I wonder if they realised the signed edition was too small so released a few more to make up the number? Could this be why this AP edition exists? I’m just guessing.

It's not that it's him selling them on eBay, it's that they were apparently produced for that show in Russia and now being flipped as Banksy prints
I have no idea about that show though, or who organised it, or whether these were even sold there.

Did the exhibition have a gift shop selling Fake Banksy stuff? Or was it just someone local there who had the idea of printing these and sold them on the street or in a nearby shop?

It could be a coincidence that so many old Banksy prints are concentrated there, but I would be cautious, especially when the prints are not blind stamped.
