Had the COA back within 3 days, think the flags are fairly tricky to reproduce and they do seem to authenticate these particularly quickly. Just take photos of the number etc.

I've had to do this a few times, which can be a hassle as I am based in the US, but worth having it sorted sooner than later. Good luck.

Eg if originally owned it and had a COA now you have it and have no COA they may want more info. Eg where the f@@k is the COA. Where did you get this from who etc
However if I owned it and never COA'd it then sold it to you and you now want to register it. If they have had no contact saying some one nicked my flags number456 There should be no problems or issues with you registering it as you will be the first on their books

It's not nice being ignored, just an update at least?
Also one piece seen in person and authenticated but no email to offer the COA weeks later - because you're so busy.

Latest farce is 6 months .... I send the weekly email politely asking if there is an update and I am ignored every time.
I've pretty much given up on them, if they offer a service they should provide it in a professional manner.
If they were a normal company they would be long out of business by now.
Really sore point for me at the moment. Get a grip PC.

Last time I did this I had a response almost instantly saying it matched their records, then sent a request to update to my name which only took a couple of days.
